Why we do what we do
We believe that the key to helping you build a team in your business is to first understand business. All of our facilitators have proven successful track records in a variety of businesses areas.
They have all worked in or managed teams and therefore have experienced first hand the problems that can arise. This experience is invaluable when it comes to understanding your objectives and how to best address them.
We began to realise that a majority of the away days and teambuilding we experienced didn’t do this and were physically based and did not highlight the skills required for today’s empowered and ever changing businesses. We got fed up running around fields and driving go karts, how does that make us a better team? We also hated being given large quantities of theory that was promptly “filed” when back at the office.
Wouldn’t it be better if the day were really owned by you and your team? Imagine it, you set the rules, the approach to the day is less about physical competition and therefore is more relaxed, the theory is presented in such a way that it is more relevant to how you work every day, absolutely everyone can get involved and most importantly, you have a fantastic time and go away feeling that you have actually learnt something about yourself or what it means to be part of a successful team.
Traditional team building days tend to be all about training or entertaining. The Mind Adrenaline approach is to bridge the gap between these areas.
The Mind Adrenaline Experience
We believe in going that extra mile to ensure your time with us is a truly memorable experience. So this is what you can expect:
Since we started in 2004 we have had over a 99% positive feedback rate on all the events we have run, some of the reasons our clients give are:
- Client Confidence - Great organisation and communication right up until the day of the event leaving you with nothing to worry about
- Choosing The Right Event - Good advice on what will work best for the team and achieve the objectives
- Great facilitators – Here are just some of the words/phrases used to describe us “superb”, “created a fun and relaxed atmosphere”, “professional and really organised”, “great energy, humour and enthusiasm”, “motivational”, “natural”
- Flexibility – We know last minute changes often happen. Our professional facilitators can deal with whatever is thrown at them
- Challenging But Fun – No cheesy, poor quality games. All our games are designed to develop specific team working skills
- Loads of Cool Stuff! – Everyone is always impressed with the quality (and quantity) of the equipment we provide
- We have a ‘No Fear’ policy where everyone can take part and feel at ease. So no bearing your soul or putting people on the spot
- If required we will come and meet you before your event to make sure we have your exact requirements
- If you do not have a venue for your event we will find one for you and manage all the administration. In fact we will arrange anything you need
- We hate boring classrooms and training rooms so wherever possible we will theme it with props and imagery to add a bit extra to your day
- Once you have completed your time with us we like to follow up on how the day went.
