Love it or loath it, the cult of celebrity is everywhere and nothing captures the spirit of our times more than a well-angled paparazzi shot.
You will need to develop an expert knowledge on celebrity* movement and locations as you hunt them down to get that headline grabbing shot! You’ll also have to pull together your very own celebrity magazine and get it on the shelves.
Of course it won’t be that simple, you will need to show excellent planning, define your roles and demonstrate brilliant teamwork to get the pictures from camera to the shelves.
Teams will be given their first lead on where a celebrity can be found along with a digital zoom camera and other useful paparazzi equipment. They must then locate the celebrity and take the best shot they can get before reporting for their next assignment.
Assignments include making contact with a celebrity informant, solving clues to identify a celebrity’s whereabouts, managing short stake outs, tracking celebrities without being seen and taking stock photos of famous landmarks.
Teams will build up a portfolio of pictures on the day that they will then make into their very own celebrity magazine. Points will be scored for creativity, originality, subject matter and photo saleability.
This event promises to be a lot of fun as well as challenging your planning, creativity, team work and problem solving skills. Paparazzi can be organised in a location of your choice and brings a new angle to company treasure hunts. *Celebrities take the form of look-a-likes, actors or even members of your company.
