Urban Jam

Bring the outside in!

Bring your event to life by turning your delegates into street dancers, musicians and graffiti artists. This is a high impact event full of noise, movement and colour. Groups rotate round each new skill where they meet their Urban Crew expert, they then experience a taster of what it takes to master that particular art.

When we think the group is ready to take on the Urban Jam challenge we raise the group’s energy to prepare and rehearse for the big performance at the end…. where, using their artistic creations as an urban back drop, we have a performance of their hypnotic junk music whilst other group members show their new street moves on top.

HAKA WORKSHOPS

Everyone on their feet, warrior faces at the ready...some even face painted…all committed to this powerful and moving ritual.
Feel and see a new side to your people. This tribal event led by our passionate New Zealand instructors, has been a fantastic addition to Mind Adrenaline.
This activity is stunning as a conference energiser, team build workshop or after dinner evening event. Call to talk about all our Haka options.

BOOMWHACKER SESSIONS

These incredibly portable and colourful instruments are perfect for conference ice

breakers and energisers. Distributed in seconds, your audience will instantly sound united with these musical tubes under the guidance of our conductor.
What follows is fast flowing session of melody and rhythm that will lift the energy of the room and can be cleared within moments to let your meeting continue!
Boomwhackers are so light and portable the cost of flying them abroad is practically nothing. Now all your global conferences can have a splash of energy and colour.
Venue has a noise issue with drums? We deliver the same high energy session with the much quieter Boomwhackers.  

CLAP HAPPY

Think of all the things you could do with your hands…then add rubber!
This short sharp icebreaker instantly adds energy and colour to any size group. With no set up/break down or extra space needed…each delegate adorns their rubber gloves … and off we go. A hilarious spectacle using teamwork, rhythms and some DrumPulse magic!

STOMPING

Foot stamping, bin smashing fun…this is a fabulous workshop which combines body percussion and urban props. Whether you are ‘playing a ladder’ ‘trumpeting a traffic cone’ or wearing you hard hat with pride.
This will transform your group into a performance that will challenge the West End!
 

GLOBAL X-FACTOR

Teams rotate around 3- 5 themed activity zones. Each area will represent a region of the globe. New creative challenges & skills must be mastered before regrouping for the finale performance.
This has been a highly popular event as it means participants have many new experiences before showcasing the skills they most relate to.
At a recent 3 day event in Belfast this culminated in teams performing down a cat walk, all in full costume with self made music and team banners. Anything is possible!

JUNK FUNK

It might all look like rubbish and random objects, but by the end of this amazing workshop

you won’t believe how great it all sounds. Using familiar house hold items & some useless rubbish, your team will rehearse and perform a multi tasked routine with the help of our ‘Junk Funk’ professional performers.
The results never fail to amaze... a mop and bucket may never quite look the same again!
