Matthew Oliver
Matthew is an excellent facilitator who has experience of running team building sessions with clients across all sectors. He likes to do things a bit differently and hates 'cheesy' team building events. "Learning should be fun and I bring a relaxed attitude which makes everyone feels at ease".
Prior to team building Matthew worked in a variety of roles from project and change management to logistics and buying. Having managed many project teams he has learnt how to get the best out of them and believes that developing trust through sharing experiences is the cornerstone of building an effective team.
Matthew enjoys socialising, good food and drink, golf and countryside pursuits. |

Simon Payne
Simon is an energetic and charismatic facilitator who has held a variety of facilitation and training roles throughout his career. Through previous work in TV and the media he brings a fun and unique approach to training. He has also gained considerable experience through travelling and the many different jobs he has had in the past that include; a textiles printer, DJ, working in a toy store and a Persian rug seller!
He excels at big picture thinking having worked on change management programmes that have involved numerous projects and thousands of people and is a firm believer in honesty and being a good listener.
Simon is very personable and enjoys making sure people always have a smile on their face, music, cartoons, football, keeping fit, good food, good wine and good company. |

Martin Webb – Non-executive director
Martin is a very experienced programme director having led numerous large corporate programmes during his career. He has a long track record of achievement in areas such as corporate procurement, business improvement, cost reduction ,operational planning, and mergers and acquisitions.
Martin believes the essence of success in optimising business benefit lies in the development and construction of high performing teams with an obsessional focus on making it happen. He is particularly skilled in leading teams to achieve these objectives by structuring for success which involves celebrating results, encouraging each other, enabling creative problem solving and tackling the tough issues. Martin's interests include environmental law.
He is a non-exec director of a leading compliance company in this field. He is also a Trustee of a large corporate Pension fund. From a leisure perspective Martin enjoys international cuisine, watching football, computer games and the Theatre. |
