What are the benefits of the events you run?

During all of our events there are overall benefits that include improved team working, individuals getting to know each other better, building trust, increased motivation and better communication. However based on the objectives you set we can focus on particular team working skills.

How will you help the team realise the benefits?

  • Quality facilitation and wrap up sessions

At the end of each task/session we do a full review that gets the attendees to reflect on the good/ bad things they did and encourage them to draw parallels with the day job

  • Commitment to change

At the beginning of the day we ask each person to think about a 1% change or improvement they could make in the way that they work. This may seem small but is based on the theory that small permissible changes are accepted quickly and without resistance. In the final wrap we ask them to commit to the change they have identified and be held accountable.

If required an action plan can be drawn up to capture the output from the day

What are the venue requirements?

We have the advantage of being non-geographical meaning we can run our events almost anywhere but as a guideline;

  • For our Treasure Hunts

These events work best in a city or town but can be run anywhere. All we need is a start and end point. This could be your office or meeting room and could finish at a bar or venue of your choice.

  • For our Cooking Events

Generally the venue is included in the price.

  • For all other indoor team events

A good sized meeting room is required. The room should allow plenty of space for the teams to spread out in. A projector and screen is required although we can provide these.

  • For all other indoor team events, training and workshops

These can be held on site or at a venue of your choice. A good sized meeting room is required. The room should allow plenty of space for the teams to spread out in. A projector and screen is required although Mind Adrenaline can provide these. We can provide support in finding a venue if required.
