A thriving workplace is developed through trust, autonomy, and responsibility. It is a result of giving people the privacy, workspace, and tools they need. Great environments show respect for the people who do the work and how they do it.

We passionately believe that most teams can be inspired, imaginative, resourceful, and adaptable in the workplace, they just need to know how to do it. Our method and development style is designed to help encourage people to want to grow and feel empowered to do so.

Our team learning and development workshops and events have been put together using our eight years experience of running team events, seeing what works and what doesn’t, and the many years prior to this working in a variety of businesses.

We’ve designed them to be Stimulating, Affordable, Practical and Balanced.

Human nature is such that we remember 10% of what is read 20% of what we hear and 30% of what we see. This compares with a retention rate of 50% for what we see and hear and 70% of what we speak. Finally, we retain an impressive 90% of what we do. That means that effective communication in an office environment must combine communication techniques and, ideally, some form of practical involvement for best effect.

Therefore each workshop includes the following:

• Some of the most up to date thinking

• Practical tools and tips that can be used everyday

• Fun, interactive and experiential games and simulations to help embed key points

• The use of exciting multi media, not death by PowerPoint
