Workshops
Over the past 8 years we’ve run hundreds of team building events. From these events we’ve established that a number of core development topics are usually identified by us or the client as important areas for improvement.
All of the workshops listed below have been researched and put together based on our experience of what works best, client feedback and the latest thinking.
Each workshop includes the following:
• Practical tools and tips that can be used everyday
• Fun, interactive and experiential games and simulations to help embed key points
• The use of exciting multi media, not death by PowerPoint
We have designed the workshops to be modular. This way you can choose to focus on one subject or choose multiple topics to address specific objectives and development needs. Each topic listed below also gives you a ‘Works Well With’ suggestion to help you identify other subjects that compliment the topic you have chosen.
This way you can put together a comprehensive team development package.

" Thanks so much for yesterday it was great. There are only a few people around in the office today but they are all smiling and have nothing but praise for the day. The feeling is that although they knew they were there to team build and have fun, it all happened in such a natural and relaxing way that the goals were achieved without ever being really conscious of this. You certainly delivered according to the spec and I am delighted with the result." Angela Jumbo, Hexagon Housing Association
